This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to paid ATMAN products and services purchased remotely through the website, Telegram bot, or related payment pages.
At this stage, the policy focuses primarily on online programs and practicums. Terms for other products and formats may be specified separately as they are introduced.
Online Programs and Practicums
If you purchase an online program or practicum remotely as a consumer, mandatory consumer rights under Spanish and European Union law may apply.
In particular, distance contracts for services generally include a 14-calendar-day right of withdrawal from the date the contract is concluded, without the need to provide a reason, unless a legal exception applies.
If delivery of the service or access to digital content begins during this period at your express request or with your express consent, specific legal rules may apply to withdrawal and refunds.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.
ATMAN — Transition
For the first cohort of ATMAN — Transition, an additional voluntary refund guarantee applies:
- you may cancel before the practicum starts and receive a full refund of the amount paid;
- after the first live session, you have an additional 24 hours to make your final decision;
- if you notify us within those 24 hours that the format is not right for you, the participation fee will be refunded in full.
This voluntary guarantee is provided in addition to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.
Once a refund is processed, access to private materials, the Telegram group, and other program spaces may be discontinued.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us through an ATMAN contact channel listed on the website or through the official Telegram contact for the program.
Please provide enough information for us to identify your payment, such as your name and the email address used for the purchase.
We may request additional information only where necessary to verify the payment and process the refund.
Refund Timing and Method
Where a refund is due under applicable law or under the voluntary guarantee above, it will be processed without undue delay.
Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, the refund will be made within the timeframe required by applicable law.
As a general rule, refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed and provided that this does not result in additional costs to the customer.
The time it takes for funds to appear after a refund has been processed may depend on the payment provider and the customer's bank.
Other Products and Services
Individual sessions, events, retreats, and other paid formats may have separate cancellation and refund conditions depending on the event date, reservation of a place, or the nature of the service.
Where specific terms are published for a particular product, those terms apply together with this policy and do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as new products are introduced or as payment and service-delivery methods change.
A purchase remains subject to the terms in effect at the time of purchase, together with any mandatory requirements of applicable law.
