About me

My name is Denys. I explore the human being as a whole system.

I work at the intersection of body-based practices, consciousness work, inner development, and questions of realization in life.

What matters to me is not simply giving someone another method, but helping them see the bigger picture: where they are now, what creates the main inner knot, and which direction genuinely makes sense at this stage.

My own path

This approach did not come from one school

My own path has taken me through work with the body, emotions, relationships, inner crises, spiritual practices, consciousness, and questions of realization.

I explored different approaches, practised, studied, and observed myself and other people.

Over time, one thing became increasingly clear to me: there is no universal tool that fits a person equally well at every stage.

That is how my systemic approach gradually took shape.

Body, soul and spirit

Three dimensions of one life

In ATMAN I use a simple reference point: body, soul and spirit.

Not as a rigid philosophical system, but as a way not to lose sight of the wholeness of the person.

01

Body

State, energy, tension, emotions, sensitivity, the ability to act and to stay in contact with reality.

02

Soul

Desires, relationships, creativity, experience, individuality, and what a person wants to bring into life.

03

Spirit

Meaning, direction, will, consciousness, and the deeper question: where am I going, and why?

For me, development becomes more whole when these levels stop fighting one another and gradually begin to come together in one life.

How I work

First see what is happening. Then choose the tool.

I do not try to lead every person through the same path.

Depending on the situation, the work may involve:

  • conversation and systemic exploration;
  • attention to inner contradictions and recurring patterns;
  • body awareness;
  • movement and breathing;
  • work with emotional states;
  • meditation practices;
  • group process;
  • self-guided programs and learning;
  • concrete actions and changes in everyday life.

For me, the method is secondary.

First, it is important to understand where the person is now and what can genuinely help them take the next step.

What matters to me in this work

Not leading someone along a predetermined route

01

Not giving someone a ready-made life

I can help reveal connections, contradictions, options, and reference points, but the decision and the path itself remain with the person.

02

Not turning development into an endless search for methods

A practice makes sense when it helps us live with greater clarity, freedom, and fullness — not when it simply becomes another system to master.

03

Not separating the inner from the outer

For me, realization, relationships, the body, money, creativity, activity, and spiritual exploration all belong to one life.

04

Leaving space for the unknown

Not everything needs to be explained and arranged in advance.

Sometimes it is enough to see the direction clearly enough — and allow the next stage to unfold through the process.

ATMAN

Why ATMAN

For me, ATMAN is not the name of a single method.

It is a framework in which things that are often kept separate can come together: body and consciousness, inner work and action, the spiritual path and ordinary human life.

I am interested in helping a person not become someone else, but more fully express what is already within them — in relationships, activity, creativity, the body, and the way they are present in the world.

A little personal

Tenerife is my home now

I live in Tenerife.

I feel close to mountains, the ocean, hiking, movement, and places where it is possible to step out of the usual city pace for a while.

That is why nature has gradually become not only part of my own life, but also part of ATMAN group practices, events, and retreats.

If my approach resonates with you

You do not have to know in advance which format you need.

If you have a specific question or a sense that you are at an important point of transition, you can start with a Personal Session.

If you are interested in body practices, retreats, events, or other ATMAN directions, explore the “Work with me” section or simply write to me.
