If this state feels familiar

If this is what your current state feels like

  • you feel constantly stressed and overloaded;
  • it is difficult to genuinely switch off and rest;
  • you lack energy and motivation;
  • your thoughts keep returning to the past or running into the future;
  • inner noise is increasing while clarity is decreasing;
  • emotions and automatic reactions easily take over;
  • you want simple tools that you can actually use in ordinary life.

What is AntiSHOK

Not another course full of theory

AntiSHOK is a set of simple foundational practices arranged in a clear sequence.

Most of these tools are not “secret proprietary techniques.” They are universal approaches drawn from work with breathing, the body, attention, and awareness that have long been used across different practical traditions.

The value of AntiSHOK lies in the selection, sequence, and simplicity of use.

You do not need to study a large system. It is enough to give a little time each day to one concrete step and gradually learn to notice and regulate your state more effectively.

How the approach is structured

Four simple directions of work

  1. 01

    Reduce inner overload

    Through breathing, relaxation, and simple body practices, give the nervous system more room to recover.

  2. 02

    Restore contact with the body and yourself

    Shift some attention from the continuous stream of thoughts into direct sensation and presence.

  3. 03

    Learn to work with attention

    Develop the ability to notice where attention goes and consciously bring it back to where it is actually needed.

  4. 04

    Bring the practice into everyday life

    Do not leave calm only for meditation or special conditions; gradually apply these skills in ordinary situations.

Why small steps

Simplicity and regularity matter more than complexity

Small steps

A short practice is easier to actually do than a large system that keeps getting postponed “until later.”

Regularity

A skill develops through repetition, not through one intense emotional experience.

Attention as support

When we notice more clearly what is happening with our attention, it becomes easier not to disappear completely into stress and automatic reactions.

Real life

The practices are chosen so that they can be used not only in silence at home, but during an ordinary day.

What is inside the program

14 days of practice

Each day is one small step.

The general guideline is 10–15 minutes, although some exercises can also be used in shorter form during the day.

01

Breathing and settling the state

Simple breathing tools that help you slow down and redirect attention.

02

Contact with the body

Practices that bring attention back to body sensations, grounding, and breathing.

03

Attention and concentration

Exercises in presence, observation, and more conscious direction of attention.

04

Working with inner overload

Tools that help you notice rising tension earlier instead of waiting until it takes over completely.

05

Presence in everyday life

Practices that can gradually be brought into work, relationships, walking, transport, and other ordinary situations.

Not “a life without stress,” but more tools and support

Stress is a normal part of life. AntiSHOK is not designed to remove it forever or guarantee permanent calm.

The program helps you learn several simple ways to notice your state more clearly and influence it earlier.

  • notice rising inner overload sooner;
  • learn several breathing and body-based self-regulation tools;
  • feel the body and your own state more clearly;
  • reduce inner noise in a specific moment;
  • develop concentration and steadier attention;
  • return more easily to a calmer and more collected state;
  • gradually bring these skills into everyday life.

The effect and pace of change will be different for different people. AntiSHOK is, first of all, a set of skills that become more useful with practice.

Why AntiSHOK appeared

The program grew out of personal experience

AntiSHOK did not begin as an attempt to create another large theory.

During a difficult period in my life, what I needed most were simple things I could do right then: bring attention back to breathing, the body, and my state; stop dissolving completely into the inner storm; and gradually restore a sense of support.

Over years of practice I encountered many different psychological, body-based, and meditation tools.

In AntiSHOK I brought together foundational practices that I consider simple, universal, and suitable for real everyday life.

More about me

AntiSHOK may suit you if

Suitable

  • there is a lot of stress, overload, or inner noise right now;
  • you want to start with simple practical steps;
  • you do not want to dive into a long theory;
  • you are willing to give a little time to practice regularly;
  • you want to notice and regulate your state more effectively;
  • you need a format that is easy to fit into ordinary life.

It may not be the best format if

  • you expect an instant “magic button”;
  • you only want theoretical knowledge;
  • you are not willing to try the exercises in practice at all;
  • you need specialised medical or psychotherapeutic support instead of a self-practice course.

An important boundary

AntiSHOK is a self-practice program

AntiSHOK is not medical or psychotherapeutic treatment and does not replace professional support when such support is needed.

It is an educational and practical program with foundational tools for self-regulation, attention, and contact with the body.

FAQ

How much time do I need each day?+

The guideline is 10–15 minutes. Some tools can also be used more briefly during the day.

Do I need experience with meditation or body practices?+

No. The program is designed so that you can begin without prior preparation.

Do I have to do the 14 days consecutively?+

The recommended rhythm is one step per day because regularity helps a skill develop. But you can also move through the program at a pace that works better for you.

What is the difference between the free YouTube version and Telegram?+

The foundational practices themselves are available on YouTube.

The Telegram version provides a structured path: sequence, navigation, instructions, and an AI assistant. You are paying primarily for the organization and convenience of the process, not for a hidden set of techniques.

Do I keep access to the Telegram materials?+

Yes. You can return to the materials after completing the program.

Is this a spiritual course?+

No. The foundation is breathing, attention, contact with the body, and awareness. These practices can be part of a broader path of self-work, but you do not need to accept any spiritual or religious system to follow the course.

Can AntiSHOK remove stress completely?+

No. Stress is a natural response of the body. The program helps develop skills that may help you notice overload earlier and work with your state more effectively.

How do I start for free?+

Open the YouTube version of AntiSHOK and begin with the first lesson.

How do I start the structured version?+

Open Telegram and follow the bot instructions.

Start with something simple

You do not need to change your whole life or understand every cause of your state before you begin.

Sometimes it is more useful to start with a few minutes of attention to breathing, the body, and what is happening right now.
