Relax massage
Gentle relaxing work aimed at reducing overall tension and helping the nervous system settle into a calmer state.
Bodywork
Holistic Massage is integrative bodywork in which I do not follow one rigid protocol, but combine different techniques and approaches depending on the state of the body, the level of tension, and the person’s request.
At the core are attentive contact with the body, relaxation, work with areas of tension, and a return to a more alive sense of oneself.
What is Holistic Massage
Every body has its own history of tension, habits, compensations, and ways of carrying load.
That is why I do not relate to massage as something that should always follow exactly the same sequence.
In Holistic Massage I shape the session around the specific person and their state here and now.
The work may combine elements of relaxation massage, Shiatsu, trigger point therapy, reflexology, abdominal work, kinesiology-inspired approaches, Eastern concepts of meridians, and other techniques I use.
This is not a collection of techniques for their own sake. They become tools within one integrated bodywork session.

How I work

At the beginning I pay attention to the overall state: where the body is holding tension, where movement and breathing are restricted, which areas need more softness, and which may benefit from deeper work.
From there, the session develops not as a predetermined sequence of movements, but as attentive work with what is showing up in the body.
In some places, relaxation takes more space.
In others, more precise work with local tension and trigger points.
Elsewhere, gentle pressure, stretching, work along Shiatsu lines, or subtler attention to breathing and body sensations may be more appropriate.
The goal is not to make the massage as intense as possible, but to find the right depth for your body.
Holistic Massage may be useful when the body has been lacking attention, rest, and space to recover.
Every body responds differently. I do not promise the same effect after every session: sometimes relaxation comes first, sometimes work with a specific tension, and sometimes a deeper return to contact with oneself.
From tension to contact with yourself
Body tension rarely exists completely separately from how we live, react, and experience what is happening.
Stress, fatigue, habitual control, emotional load, and recurring reactions gradually become part of the body’s pattern.
Working with the body does not necessarily require analysing everything in words.
Sometimes it is enough to give the body an opportunity to relax, feel support, safely let go of some held tension, and recover more sensitivity.
That is why, for me, Holistic Massage is not simply mechanical work with muscles, but a way to support a more integrated contact with oneself.

Techniques that may be used
Holistic Massage may include elements from different schools and techniques, depending on what is relevant in a particular session.
Gentle relaxing work aimed at reducing overall tension and helping the nervous system settle into a calmer state.
Work with pressure, body weight, stretching, and lines used in the Japanese bodywork tradition.
More precise work with local areas of tension and sensitive points.
Gentle work with the abdominal area when appropriate and agreed with the person.
Work with the feet and reflex zones, either as a separate format or as part of a broader session.
Observation of body responses and functional relationships that may help guide the direction of the work.
Not every technique is used in every session. The session is built around the person’s state, not around the need to “get through the whole list.”
Main format
If you do not know which type of massage to choose, I recommend starting with Holistic Massage.
It is the most flexible and integrated format, allowing me to use different tools and adjust the depth of the work during the session.
60 minutes is a good standard format.
90 minutes is a better choice if you want a slower, deeper session and do not want to be limited to one area of the body.
If you need a more specific format, you can choose one of the individual techniques.
| Format | Duration | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Shiatsu | 40 / 60 / 90 minutes | €45 / €60 / €80 |
| Trigger Point | 40 / 60 / 90 minutes | €45 / €60 / €80 |
| Relax | 60 / 90 minutes | €60 / €80 |
| Abdominal | 40 minutes | €45 |
| Foot Reflexology | 40 minutes | €45 |
If you are not sure which option would suit you best, just write to me — we can choose the format together based on your request and state.
How the session works
Before we begin, you can share what is bothering you, where you feel tension, and what you would like from the session.
I assess the overall state of the body and choose an appropriate depth and combination of techniques.
The session may include relaxation techniques, pressure, more focused work with tense areas, stretching, work with the feet, abdomen, or other areas — depending on your request and consent.
At the end, we leave a little space so that you do not have to jump up immediately after the work, but can notice changes in the body and finish the process calmly.

Boundaries and safety
Before the session, it is important to mention injuries, operations, acute inflammatory conditions, pregnancy, cardiovascular conditions, or other health factors that may affect massage.
If you have a condition for which massage may be contraindicated, it is better to consult a medical professional in advance.
The depth of pressure and work with specific areas can always be adjusted during the session.
You can say at any time if something feels too intense or uncomfortable, or if there is any area of the body you do not want included in the work.
Location
Massage sessions take place in North Tenerife.
I am currently establishing regular spaces for sessions, so we confirm the exact location when booking.
At this stage I do not advertise South Tenerife as a massage location.
Start with Holistic Massage. It is the most flexible format: I can choose a combination of techniques based on the state of your body during the session itself.
There is no single fixed protocol. Relaxation work may be part of the session, but when appropriate I may also use Shiatsu, trigger point work, foot work, abdominal work, and other techniques.
Not necessarily. The depth of the work is adjusted individually. Even when working with more tense areas, the goal is not for you to endure strong pain.
No. If you choose Holistic Massage, it is enough to describe your state and what you are looking for.
In North Tenerife. The exact location is confirmed when booking.
No. For Holistic Massage I recommend 60 or 90 minutes. The 40-minute format is available for more focused techniques such as Shiatsu, Trigger Point, Abdominal, or Foot Reflexology.
Write to me on Telegram or WhatsApp. We will clarify the format, duration, convenient time, and current location.
