Magical Roque Negro — Healing Hiking in Anaga | Tenerife

Healing Hiking in Anaga was designed as a full day in the mountains where movement along the route was combined with energy practices and meditation.

The intention was not simply to walk through beautiful places. The route created space for more conscious contact with oneself, the body and nature, while the practices helped participants step out of their usual rhythm and experience the journey with greater attention.

Anaga — with its forests, mountains, mist, wind and open views — became part of the process, with Roque Negro as the final point of the route and the place where the day concluded.
