The Transition Happens Within: Why the New Time Will Not Change Us Without Inner Work

We often look for signs of change outside. But what if the real transition begins inside the person — through perception, state, reactions, and the way we live?

Threshold of light: a path toward dawn

We are looking for signs outside

Today, many people speak about the transition into 5D, a new time, new energies, signs, and guides. Around this theme, there is a growing field of expectation: what should happen to the world, what events will confirm that the transition has begun, who will help us enter it, and what the next stage will look like.

But the more I observe this conversation, the more I feel there is one major trap in it: we are looking outside too much.

The main question for me now sounds different: what is changing inside the person?

It is very easy to imagine the transition as an event that will one day happen to us almost automatically. The world will change, the energies will become different, new conditions will appear — and together with them, we will change too.

But if tomorrow reality truly becomes “new”, and a person enters it with the same fears, habitual reactions, dependencies, inner conflicts, and way of making decisions — how new will it actually be for that person?

Imagine someone who has been waiting for years for the right sign, the great event, the right guide, or the moment after which “everything will be different”. But if the morning after that event they wake up in the same inner state, what has truly changed for them?

Transition as inner work

For me, transition is less and less about waiting for an outer event, and more about a shift in one’s inner position.

The state changes.

Perception changes.

The way a person reacts changes.

The point from which they relate to themselves, to other people, and to life itself changes.

This is what I call the inner transition.

I do not claim to hold the final truth, and I do not know exactly how the global “transition” of humanity is arranged. But I do see the part of the process I can actually be responsible for: what is happening inside me.

Why a new reality does not guarantee anything by itself

A person can change their country, environment, profession, relationships, spiritual school, or teacher — and still bring the same inner world with them.

If the old way of feeling, thinking, and acting remains inside, a change of scenery does not always become a real transition.

That is why inner work, for me, is not an optional addition to the “new time”. It is the very way of becoming ready for it.

When we change the inner world, we change the quality of our contact with reality. And from a different inner position, decisions, relationships, actions, and the whole life path begin to unfold differently.

The train metaphor

I feel close to the image of a train that has already arrived at the platform.

One can discuss for a long time where it is going. Argue whether it is the real train. Look for the best guide. Read forecasts about its departure time. Watch who has already entered and who is still standing on the platform.

But at some point, one simple step remains: to rise and enter the carriage yourself.

No one can make this inner step for us.

The new time is not obliged to drag a person by the hand.

Perhaps the task is different — to become someone who is capable of living in it.

What inner transition means to me

It is not an attempt to become “perfect” or to remain in some elevated state all the time.

For me, it is rather a movement toward greater clarity, honesty with oneself, awareness, and inner stability.

It is the ability to notice old reactions, familiar patterns, and fears — and gradually stop living only from them.

It is a transition not into an abstract future, but into another point of presence here and now.

And perhaps these inner changes are exactly what, over time, create the outer reality we have been waiting for.

ATMAN — Transition

This is the field around which I am now gathering an 8-week live online practicum: ATMAN — Transition.

It is a space for inner change, clarity, awareness, and movement from an old state into a new one — not through waiting for an external miracle, but through real work with yourself and the way you live.

Start — November 7, 2026.

Until September 30, the early participation price is 99€.
